Your trial
Your free trial includes all customer features for 14 days. It starts when you confirm your email address and choose a password, not when you submit the signup form.
Registration
Provide your name, full postal address, email address and telephone number. Use an email address you can access: it becomes your username. Easycast records the version of these terms and when you agreed to them.
Verification
Your verification link is valid for 24 hours and can be used once. Opening the link alone does not start the trial. Confirm activation on the page. If the link expires, submit the signup form again to request a replacement.
End of the trial
At the end of the 14 days, access to the customer portal and Screen playback is suspended. An administrator must enter a new account end date to restore access. Your content is preserved when access expires. Registration does not automatically start a paid subscription.
Your screens and content
You supply your screens, an internet connection and the content you want to display. Keep your account password and private Screen access credentials secure.

Easycast promotional slide
During the first 14 days after activation, every slideshow includes a mandatory 15-second Easycast promotional slide once per loop. It cannot be disabled during this period. If access is extended beyond the trial, the slide becomes optional after those 14 days.
