Welcome to Easycast — let’s get started
Your account is active. Follow these steps to put your first slideshow on screen.
1. Sign in to your workspace
Open the customer login and sign in with your email address and the password you chose during verification.
2. Create your first slideshow
Choose Slideshows, then Create slideshow. Give it a name and open its editor. Add a slide with text, an image, or an MP4/WebM video. Set the duration, save, and preview your slideshow. You can add and reorder more slides whenever you like.
3. Add your Screen
Choose Screens, then Add Screen. Enter a name and location, select your slideshow, and save. Create a separate Screen entry for each physical screen.
4. Connect the screen
On your Screen, open https://www.easycast.be/screen in a compatible browser. In your workspace, choose Pair Screen for the Screen you created and enter the six-digit code shown on screen. Playback starts automatically. Use fullscreen and keep the browser’s site data to stay connected.
5. Keep your message fresh
Edit your slideshow in the workspace whenever you need to. Connected Screens check for changes every 20 seconds. Keep the Screen connected to the internet; offline playback is not supported.
Your trial lasts 14 days from activation and includes the mandatory 15-second Easycast promotional slide. After the trial, your account is suspended until an administrator extends its end date. Images: up to 10 MB each. Videos: up to 50 MB each.
